    Restaurant: Water's Edge Restaurant serves gourmet dinners Monday through Saturday from 6:30pm with last order at 9:30pm. Or try Lanterns by the Sea, located at our adjoining sister hotel, Bougainvillea Beach Resort, serving daily Buffet Breakfast, as well as sumptuous lunch and dinner menus. After the Manager's Rum Punch Party on Monday from 6-7pm, there is a lavish B-B-Q Buffet with steel band entertainment. On Thursday evenings, the Mount Gay Rum and Passao Party from 6-7pm is followed by a Caribbean Buffet with floorshow. Meal Plans for Lanterns are available and can be purchased at Guest Services.
